Public Notice for Award Decision of the Contract

After certain regular processes through facilities of National Procurement Directorate (NPD), National Procurement Commission based on the decree No. 275 Dated 05 June 2024 has awarded the contract of the project: Drilling, Completion and Testing Two Exploitation Gas Wells in Yatimtaq Gas Field, with reference No: NPD/MOMP/1402/W-001/ICB related to Ministry of Mines and Petroleum (MOMP) to Safir Sondaj Ve Kuyu Tamamila Ma Hizm, Dan Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi company, address: (Ahmet Taner Kishlah Mah. Alacaatti Cad. Anchor Is, Merk B Block No:18/7 Cankaya, Ankara) with total Value of USD 7,500,000 (Seven Million & Five Hundred thousand USD.

The Subject is publicly announced as per Sub-Clause No. 1 of Clause No. 43^rd of procurement law. In case of any objection, people and entities could submit their written protest attached with reasons in accordance to rule No.84^th Procurement Procedure till 7 days since publication of this announcement to Administrative Office of the President/National Procurement Directorate, Pashtunastan Watt, District 2, Kabul City, Afghanistan.

The notice does not mean sign of the contract, and the contract will not be signed till completion of above mentioned deadline.
