The National Procurement Directorate of the General Directorate of Administrative Office, on behalf of the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum of Afghanistan, hereby invites all eligible National and International Consultants to participate in the bidding process for the aforementioned project. Interested Consultants may obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP), including the TOR, in soft copy from the following websites: (https://tenders.ageops.af/en/bid-opportunities-notices, https://www.dgmarket.com/). Consultants are required to submit their sealed Proposals in accordance with the instructions specified in the RFP and TOR. Proposals must be delivered from the date of publication of this notice until 10:00 AM (Kabul Local Time) on 30 April 2026 to the Secretariat of Bid Opening Facilitation, National Procurement Directorate, located next to Marmarin Palace of the Administrative Office, Pashtunistan Watt, Kabul, Afghanistan. Late submissions or electronic (online) submissions will not be accepted.
