Ministry of Mines and Petroleum annually dispatch its technical teams across Afghanistan to explore planned areas geologically. Therefore, the team carried out geological explorations on the second phase construction material in Daronta, Shaltak and Sarkhakan areas of Qarghai district.

The exploration include survey and contour on the scale 1:5000.

It is noteworthy to mention that granular construction stones are rough, medium and small.

The Entrozyps in this phase are cracked in compare to the third phase, but are usable and are able to be excavated.
