Initial work on preparing AEITI 6th reconciliation report has started

At a recent MSG meeting, it was decided that preparatory work on the sixth AEITI reconciliation report should be initiated until the end of this year. The MSG agreed on the new framework for the Sixth Report and added that the recommendations of the past report should also be included in the new report. The purpose of placing and evaluating the suggestions and recommendations of the previous report in the new report will be to show, that to what extent they have been taken into account and which points are still to be taken into custody. The MSG also added that the issue of hiring a company for the preparation of the 6th AEITI report should be announced.

The MSG also said that number of extractive companies in the new report should be placed.

The members of MSG agreed on the subject of limiting scoping study, and that the sixth report should be based on the framework of the mentioned study.
